RESUH Referral Scheme - Terms and Conditions
Entry into the RESUH Referral Scheme is deemed to be acceptant of these terms and conditions:
This referral scheme only applies to candidates based in the UK & EU
The gift is not transferable.
All successful placements must complete 13 weeks of employment before a referral gift can be claimed.
All successful FTC, contract and temporary placements must secure a minimum 6 month placement and complete 3 months of employment.
The referral gift detailed in this scheme is a gross payment and VAT Inclusive. RESUH is NOT responsible for any personal taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the gift. This is solely the responsibility of the recommender.
The referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral gift under this scheme if the referred person(s) and or company is already on the RESUH’s database and/or his/her information/profile/resume/company detail has already been received by RESUH by other means within 60 days prior to the date of referral.
If relating to a candidate referral, the referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being submitted to RESUH for this scheme before the date of the referral. The referrer will indemnify RESUH for any loss or claim arising out of the referrer's failure to procure such consent.
It is the referrer's responsibility to contact their RESUH consultant in order to claim their referral gift in relation to a candidate referral. In company or network received recommendations, RESUH will directly notify a recommender.
If the referral gift is not collected within 90 days of the referral gift being offered, RESUH reserves the right to withdraw the whole gift.
Candidates can only be referred to RESUH once. In the event that a candidate is referred to RESUH more than once by the same referrer and/or by other referrers, only the first referrer will be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme. RESUH reserves the right of judgement and all decisions are final.
Permanent employees, contract and temporary workers working directly for RESUH are not eligible to participate in this referral scheme.
RESUH accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the gift for reasons beyond its control.
RESUH makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the gift. To the extent permitted by law, RESUH is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the scheme or acceptance of the Gift.
Requests are associated with a Referral reference, which is provided by RESUH. RESUH cannot process any referral payment requests without a reference. Payments are made within 30 days.
RESUH reserves the right to terminate the referral scheme at any time.
